Shipping Information
 
We generally ship orders same or next business day.  Our business hours are 7:30am to 6pm PST, Monday through Friday.  Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will not be processed until the next business day.

For orders in The United States and Canada, we generally ship UPS ground.
For international orders, we ship postal.

All orders are shipped ground.  If you need upgraded shipping, you need to call or email us.

Please note, when you order, you will be asked for a State.  Just put in N/A.
Shipping Costs

Our shipping calculator is based on the cost of your order.  So if you order 1 Javelin and a 5 pack of pilot bits for a total of $80, your shipping will be $13.  These prices are for both domestic and international orders.

Here is the breakdown.
< $50 = $7
$50 - 150 = $13
> $150 = $20
Payment

When you order, we use Paypal to process the exchange.  It is one of the safest ways to pay through the internet.  We have had no problems using Paypal.
